How it works

A coin is launched on pump.fun with 100% of its creator fees locked to one GoFundMe fundraiser. As people trade it, those fees are swept and donated. Nobody has to be trusted to pass the money along, and the organiser never needs a wallet.

The loop

  1. Paste a GoFundMe link

You check the fundraiser before anything is created. It can’t be changed after launch.

  2. Launch the coin

The coin is created with its creator-fee authority pointed at this platform, which is what lets the fundraiser be paid without the organiser doing anything.

  3. Every trade donates

Fees are swept every 3 minutes, sold for USD, and donated to the page under “$TICKER holders”.

Where every fee goes

90% of each sweep goes to the fundraiser. 10% buys $GOOD on the open market and burns it — that is the platform’s only cut. Card processing of 2.9% + $0.30 per donation is taken by the payment processor, not by us.

All three appear on every receipt, and the parts always sum back to the amount swept — there is nowhere for a cent to go unaccounted.

Why the sweep is safe to retry

Each step that touches the outside world — claiming fees, selling SOL, donating, buying back the platform token — reserves a row in an append-only ledger before it runs, keyed deterministically off the coin’s running totals. That same key goes to the provider.

Small sweeps

A donation smaller than the card fee would mostly pay the processor, so fees accumulate until a sweep is worth charging. Nothing is lost while it waits — it sits on the coin and goes out with the next donation.

Launched on pump.fun yourself?

Any pump.fun coin can fund a fundraiser. Put the GoFundMe link in the coin’s website field when you create it, then in the coin’s creator settings enable fee sharing, add the treasury wallet as a recipient with whatever share you choose, and lock the shares. Paste the address on the launch page and it is checked on-chain: the share, that it is locked, and the website in the coin’s own metadata. Nothing you type is trusted. From then on it is swept like any other coin — with the difference that pump.fun pays the treasury’s share out directly, so the coin page shows exactly what fraction of its fees reach the fundraiser.

If the organiser would rather not

Nothing is asked of them and nothing is required of them, but they can opt out at any time. Their balance is then held: no further donations are sent to their page, and the money goes nowhere else. For organisers →
